PDP Sponsoring Crisis In Nigeria To Retain Power Beyond 2015, Says Jide Jimoh

The Chairman of Yaba Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon Jide Jimoh, has disclosed that the crisis in the country is being sponsored by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying it is an attempt to retain power in 2015.

He disclosed this over the weekend in a chat with journalists while reacting to the internal wrangling within the Edo State House of Assembly.

The former lawmaker in the Lagos State House of Assembly maintained that whoever that is in control of power should know that Almighty God is above him, stressing that those behind the problems combating the country will soon be exposed.

Hon Jimoh reiterated that All Progressives Congress (APC) stands for change and not to sponsor protest or crisis.

The council boss also condemned PDP for initial congratulatory message issued by the National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh on the new Emir of Kano, saying it was an expensive mistake.

According to him, “how on earth will the party ruling the country  made such expensive mistake by congratulating somebody that was not declared as Emir of Kano which was later reverted. I referred to it as a costly mistake and deliberate.

“I want you to know that they are the cause of crisis everywhere in the country today”.

He therefore assured Nigerians of positive change in 2015, saying APC will bring back genuine transformation that the country need.

“We assured Nigerians of genuine transformation and good governance come 2015 and your vote for APC will guarantee this,” he said.
