As part of the effort to immortalize the late pioneer of Fuji music, Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, his family has begun moves to turn the icon’s house into a museum just as plans are in top gear to launch his biography on December 17.
Speaking on behalf of Ayinde Barrister’s family, Sulaimon Balogun revealed that his Isolo home would be turned into a museum to immortalize him.
‘We are planning to turn his house in Isolo, Lagos to a museum to also immortalize him. Plans are in the pipeline to institute a foundation in his honour, which will take care of the less privileged,’ he disclosed as plans to celebrate the 5 years anniversary of the music icon gets in top gear.’
An all-star tribute concert has also been lined up to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Barrister’s demise.
