The Coach of the team, Florence Omagbeni, is being owed 14 months salary.
The Falcons had on Tuesday served the notice of the protest.
They intent going to the Presidential Villa to protest the non-payment of their money.
However, their calculation was that the Federal Executive Council meeting would hold as scheduled on Wednesday.
