Police operatives have arrested three more terrorists as the Nigerian Police Force continue their operations at operational bases of the Ansaru Terrorists Group in Kuduru Forests, Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State.
The Gazelle News.com, gathered through a statement by the Force Police Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, a Deputy Commissioner of Police, released on Sunday, 9 February, 2020, that the police have not relented in their mop-up operations to clear the terrorists off the Kuduru Forest.
Their efforts, The Gazelle News.com learnt, have led to the arrest of three notorious terrorists: Munkailu Liman Isah a.k.a. Babban Driver, aged 32; Abdullahi Saminu a.k.a. Danmunafiki, 21 years of age; and Aminu Usman, aged 22 years.
The Gazelle News.com can also report that the latest arrest brought the number of terrorists arrested to eight.
“The suspects are already assisting Police investigators with useful information relating to the membership spread and make-up, criminal/operational records, logistics and general modus operandi of the terror group,” the statement said.
