Rotary District 9110 Holds Free Surgical Mission


Rotary District 9110 Nigeria & District 3020 India is organising a FREE Surgical Mission in Nigeria.

The Free Surgical Mission which was initiated last Rotary year,has now been granted final approval by The Rotary Foundation.

According to Rot (Dr) Femi Akodu
Coordinator,D9110 Free Surgical Mission,he said interested beneficiaries for the free surgical mission are to pick FREE Registration form to be completed by their doctors at the Rotary Centre @ 8,Ladoke Akintola Str.,in Ikeja GRA,Lagos.And All completed forms are to be returned to the Centre on or before 7th February 2020.

***Find below the proposed type of surgeries expected during the free surgical mission:
1)Plastic Surgeries: Cleft lip, contractures from burns,keloids, hypertrophic scars
2)General Surgeries: Hernia, Hemorrhoids, lumps,Gall bladder stones
3)Orthopaedic Surgeries: Limb deformities corrective surgeries
4)Dental: dental caries,dental abscess,gingivitis, retained primary teeth,teeth fracture,maligned teeth,discoloured teeth

Rotary continues in Serving Humanity,over the years it has carried out various services & executed projects in the areas of health,education, poverty alleviation, youth development etc.Rotary International District 9110 comprises of Clubs in Lagos & Ogun States of Nigeria.
