Lagos State Government discharged two foreigners and 38 other recovered coronavirus patients from various isolation centres in the state, reports The Gazelle News.com.
The state Governor and Indent Commander, Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced this on Thursday, 2 July, 2020 while giving update on the pandemic in the state.
Discharged were 17 females and 23 males from the following isolation centres: Onikan Isolation Centre, 19; Gbagada Isolation Centre, 7; Infectious Disease Centre, 3; Agidingbi Isolation Centre, 8; and the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), 3.
The Gazelle News.com reports further that the recovered patients were discharged after testing negative twice to the virus indicating their full recovery from the virus infection.

Today, 40 #COVID19Lagos patients; 17 females and 23 males including 2 foreign nationals were discharged from our Isolation facilities today to reunite with the society.
The patients; 19 from Onikan, 7 from Gbagada, 3 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, 8 from Agidingbi and 3 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to COVID-19.
