Lagos State Government on Monday, 6 July, 2020 announced the discharge of 31 recovered coronavirus patients, reports The Gazelle News.com.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced this on Monday while giving update on the pandemic situation in the state.
According to the Governor, all the discharged patients are Nigerians consisting of 15 females and 16 males.
The Gazelle News.com reports further that the total number of discharged patients in Lagos has now risen to 1771.
They were treated and discharged from the following isolation centres: Agidingbi Isolation Centre, 13; Onikan Isolation Centre, 8; Gbagada Isolation Centre, 8; and one each from the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba and the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Isolation Centre.

Good people of Lagos,
31 more #COVID19Lagos patients; 15 females and 16 males, all Nigerians were discharged from our Isolation facilities today to reunite with the society.
The patients; 13 from Agidingbi, 8 from Onikan, 8 from Gbagada, 1 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospita, Yaba and 1 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to COVID-19.
This brings to 1771, the number of #COVID19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged from Lagos Isolation Centres.
