Looking at Prince Abdullahi Adeyanju Binuyo from a far distance, one thing strike you like a thunderbolt: his extremely good looks and gentle nature. Abdullahi is the type of man even his fellow males marvel at his wonderful physical structure and looks. So it will be an understatement to say that the female folk are more than stupefied by his looks. He is such a handsome and gentle-natured man.
However, coming closer to the man some of his closer siblings love to call, Abu Kam, (Kam is the short form of Kamlaat, name of his first daughter) one will realise that Binuyo does not live by good looks alone. Suffice to add that he combines good looks with diligence, humility and intelligence which have come together to make him a dignified and well respected young man.
The fact that Abdullahi goes about any assignment given to him with dignified calm and assured purposeful steps which are usually crowned with success makes many marvel at how a young man can make diverse responsibilities look so simple to accomplish.
Don’t forget that today, Friday, 11 September, 2020, Abdullahi would only be celebrating his birthday and he is not even up to 50!
He has always and continues to excel in all assignments given to him. He takes on assignments with smiles and purposeful steps which make some difficult assignments walk in the park for him.
First as a consultant to the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Milliennium Development Goals (MDGs), he excelled.
It was his excellent performance above that paved way for his appointment as Senior Special Assistant On MDGs to former Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola where his contributions to laudable achievements of Ogbeni were acknowledged all over the state.
From there, he was appointed the Technical Adviser to the Transition Committee of the then President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari and was later appointed the Chief of Staff to then Minister of Communications, Barrister Adebayo Shittu. All these were success stories for him.
Now as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of the Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola, Abdullahi Adeyanju Binuyo has not stopped from being what we all know him to be: diligent, humble, kind-hearted, intelligent and meticulous.
Are we surprised at his success? No!
Binuyo right from his youthful days has armed himself with the major ingredients of success: humility, sound education, hardwork and most importantly, Godliness.
As a humble young man, respect for every soul that comes his way is his watchword; he is well educated: apart from his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from the prestigious University of Lagos, he has attended several training programmes at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, Tias University in the Netherlands and the National University of Ireland.
Binuyo has a deep experience in development finance, project and human management in the public and private sectors.
Abdullahi is Godly: very prayerful and deeply religious, a man who does not joke with his Islamic practice.
Indeed, Adeyanju is a success story worth celebrating.
Thus, we’ve come to praise him and acknowledge his good deeds which continue to expand every second.
We pray to Almighty Allah to continue to strengthen him and ease his assignments for him. We pray for his good heath always and we pray for Allah’s divine favours to continue be with him.
Happy birthday, Abu Kam! Happy birthday, ‘Dullah. We wish you many happy returns, Prince Adeyanju Binuyo
