The first time l met you l did

not know you were a Prince of the Source. It was when we were about to marry   that l knew that you were not just a Prince but a Prince with  great patience.

Patience is a rare virtue.Virtue is grace. Oba Kayode Adelekan Afolabi, you are blessed with the grace of patience.

In our 30 years of marriage, you have shown me a dimension of patience that l have never seen before.

In the School of Patience you are my Lecturer. You have taught me that patience is not weakness but concentrated strength. You taught me  that under  the law of process there is no substitute for patience.

I learnt also from you that no road is too far for a man who is patient. In  the  journey of my journalism career you encouraged me  to calmly  endure waiting during  the seasons when  l was stuck, delayed, frustrated  stagnated, limited and left behind.

Without your counsel of patience l would have most likely taken hasty decisions  and made choices that would have negatively changed the story of my career. But you always reminded me of the saying that  good things come to those who wait.

My transition from a Reporter to a Publisher is  a product of patience and long suffering.

With a grateful heart l want to thank Kabiyesi for supporting my career. My career is the passion and calling.

On behalf of the Children, l want celebrate  you as a wonderful,  responsible father and a family builder.

Kabiyesi oooooo!
