The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed former National Legal Adviser of the party, Babatunde Ogala, SAN, as the Chairman of the Election Committee to oversee the coming local government elections in the state, reports thegazellenews.com
The state party spokesman, Mogaji Oluseye Oladejo, made this know via a statement released on Monday, 28 April, 2025.

The statement also named Mr Babarinde Nurudeen as the Secretary of the Committee.
“The Committee is empowered to over-see all the activities and processes leading to the conduct of the elections into the grassroots positions.
“The party has considered the immense experience of the gentlemen in making the appointment. We have no doubt that they will deliver on this important assignments.
“We urge all and sundry to give the requisite support and cooperation to ensure our collective success,” Oladejo said.
