The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Friday, 6 June, 2025, received in audience the Apex Leader of the Arewa community in Lagos, Arc Kabir Ahmed; and his Igbo counterpart, Joe Igbokwe on a visit, reports thegazellenews.com
Apart from visiting the President to felicitate on the Eid-l-Kabir celebration, the two leaders were with the President to discuss matters of public importance with him.
“We had a very fruitful discussion with the President and we are moved by his passion to move the country to greater heights,” a statement by the Arewa Community stated on Saturday, 7 June, 2025.
The two leaders also assured the President of the total support of their respective communities to the President in his desire to achieve a greater and prosperous Nigerian nation.
