The Executive Director of Access Bank, Princess Iyabo Okusanya has been named as a beneficiary of the 2025 edition of Omo-Atata Award at EACDA Awards-Night scheduled to hold on Thursday, 20 June, 2025 in Ekinrin Adde, Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Princess Iyabo Soji-Okusanya is a Nigerian banker and corporate leader, currently serving as the Executive Director, Corporate and Investment Banking at Access Bank Plc.

She began her professional journey with Access Bank in June 1998, and over the course of more than 27 years, she has contributed immensely to the growth of the bank.
A consummate professional, Iyabo is known for her exceptional relationship management skills and strategic thinking.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She became a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and earned her qualification as a Chartered Banker in 1994. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB).
As a lifelong learner and passionate leader, she has undergone several executive education and leadership development programs both in Nigeria and abroad. She is an alumna of globally renowned institutions including the Harvard Business School (USA), the Institute of Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, and INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Princess Iyabo Soji Okusanya is a woman of strong values, compassion and faith. She got married to Adesoji Okusanya in 1994. She has two biological sons and several biological daughters and sons.
She is deeply committed to charity and community development, she’s passionate about supporting widows and Orphans having lost her husband in 2020, She founded Soji Okusanya Foundation. Her passion to supporting the widows is truly remarkable, and she actively channels her resources and influence into uplifting the vulnerable.
She is widely travelled and globally exposed. she remains rooted in her values and committed to the advancement of her family, her community, and the Kingdom of God.
