Fresh from unveiling plans to list his MSM Group in the United States, billionaire tycoon, Muazam Mairawani has announced a $600 million cement plant in Kebbi State.
The project is set to challenge market leaders Dangote Cement and BUA Cement, owned by billionaires Aliko Dangote and Abdul Samad Rabiu.

The plant, designed with a 12-million-ton capacity, will be built in clusters and aims to boost local production, create jobs, and strengthen Nigeria’s industrial base.
This bold move comes alongside MSM’s $225 million IPO plans on Nasdaq and rapid oil sector growth, underscoring Mairawani’s ambition to position MSM as a global powerhouse.
