Workers of the Federal Institute of Industrial Research (FIIRO), Lagos, have described a petition by the Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA) calling the Institute “an old dump site” a figment of lies. The Turkish trade ministry stated that the suspension would remain in effect until Israel permitted an “uninterrupted and sufficient flow” of aid into Gaza. The Adamawa State Police Command, confirmed the arrest of Adamu in a statement on Friday, 3 May, 2024 by its spokesman, SP Suleiman Ngurore.
