The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed the appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate for the Lagos Central Senatorial District in the last National Assembly Elections, Adewale Gomez against the dismissal of his petition by the National and State Assembly Elections Petition Tribunal in Lagos.
