The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a 25-year- old man, Yasuru Abdullahi, before an Ogba Chief Magistrate Court, Lagos, for allegedly biting off a lady’s breast during a street brawl.

“The police arrested, detained and charged the accused to court,” he said.
The accused who was arraigned on a three-count charge of sexual harassment, assault and breach of peace, pleaded not guilty.
