The outburst of Adeniyi Sulaiman of the Civil Societies Coalition for the Emancipation of Osun State (CSCEOS) after honouring the invitation of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, 17th May, 2016, is tantamount to pre-empting the outcome of a process that is yet to begin.
The group cannot be the accuser and at the same time the judge.
The rag-tag and attention-seeking group’s petition stinks of politics of deceit all targeted at slowing down a man whose pedigree in transparency and people-centered governance in his development zeal.
Having made their allegations, it is imperative the idle and noxious petitioners allow unbiased fact-finding agency do its job.
From the gibberish they have churned out, Adeniyi Sulaiman, has known but disgraced sponsors and their co-travellers will do well to await the outcome of the process they have instigated in the fashion of civilized people.
CSCEOS should avoid acts that oozed from base actions noted only in the community of animals but maintain the calmness of cultured people who are ready to prove their assertions.
