A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Honourable Adewale Jafojo has launched a door-to-door campaign for the re-election bid of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Dr Kadir Obafemi Hamzat, reports thegazellenews.com.
The former Chief of Staff to Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly also launched a food bank on Sunday, 5 March, 2023 and distributed food items during the door-to-door campaign.
Speaking at the event, Jafojo stated that ensuring the re-election of Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat is a task that must accomplished hence all hands must be on deck to achieve this aim.
“We must all come together and achieve this and that’s why we’re launching this door-to-door campaign to go alongside with the distribution of the food items to our people,” he said.
Jafojo stated further that Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy deserve another term in office after a remarkable and great achievements in the last four years.”We should all rally round Governor Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy at the auspicious time and ensure that they succeed,” he said.
Jafojo said the Jafojo Food Bank was launched as a way of reaching out to the people and also as a way of giving back to the society.
