Nigeria and Glasgow Rangers midfielder, Joe Aribo, has been identified as a target for English Premier League club Arsenal, who had a scout watched the midfielder.
According to a Twitter handle, Scouts In Attendance, the Gunners scouts have watched the last six matches played by Rangers and has suggested that the Scottish Premiership side are more likely to be after the Nigerian international.
Aribo has been ever presence for manager Steven Gerrard and has started the last six games played by Rangers in all competitions where he has scored one goal and created three assists.
The 23-year-old was monitored by Arsenal during his time with Charlton Athletic and could have joined the Gunners for free but was convinced by Gerrard to make the move to Scotland last summer.
The former Charlton player is unlikely to leave the Gers anytime soon due to his importance for the club having made 32 appearances this season and has scored six goals with seven assists in all competition.
Aribo is contracted to Glasgow Rangers until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
