The mother of two who is the ‘Executive Vice Chairman,Globacom,has landed another appointment. She has been elevated to the position of Chairman, board of directors of Abumet Nigeria Limited, she took over from, prominent businessman and politician, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur. Abumet Nigeria Limited, is a subsidiary of Julius Berger Nigeria, and is one of Nigeria’s leading, most resilient and reliable aluminum and glass solution provider companies.
At just 34, she is a non executive director at construction giant, Julius Berger, which is unarguably Nigeria’s biggest construction firm. She’s also a director at Cobblestone Properties and Estates Limited, owned also by her dad, with an extraordinarily impressive portfolio of assets in real estate and properties.
The University of Massachusetts, Boston joined Globacom immediately after graduation in 2004. She’s a recipient of the ‘Ordre des arts et des lettres’ given to her by the French Government for her contributions on the preservation of arts and culture.
