The Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Comrade Ayodele Adewale, has tasked the leadership of the Nigeria Man ‘O’ War to instill discipline on some of their members. He made this known when the Lagos State Command Executives of the organization paid him a courtesy call at the local government secretariat at Festac town.
Comrade Adewale noted that the leadership should engage the services of dedicated, honest and committed men that can take the organization to the next level. “I am not happy with the activities of some of your men. Their attitude did not reflect the very essence for establishing the noble organization. You need restructuring and reorientation”, he advised.
The Lagos State Commander of the Man ‘O’ War, Mba Charles thanked the local government boss for his immeasurable support to the organization, noting that the welfare package put in place for his boys is quite commendable and should be emulated by people in authority.
He further applauded him for his peoples oriented policies that have changed the face of the local government.
“For the Chairman to continue with this pace of development for the past five years is a clear testimony to his vision for the local government and passion to serve the country,” he stated.
The Lagos State Commander said that the leadership of the organization is seriously concerned about the attitude of their men, emphasizing that things would take shape sooner than later.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Commander decorated the local government boss as an ambassador of the Man ‘O’ War, Nigeria, Lagos State Command.
