The photographs above depict massive transformation of a man: it is transformation from agony to joy, transformation from anguish to relief, transformation from tears to laughter, transformation from hopelessness to succour, transformation from life lost to life regain.
The man, according to investigation by thegazellenews.com is Hafeez Onilude and he is a totally transformed man. He had no other person to thank, apart from Almighty God, than the lawmaker representing Alimoso State Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Adebisi Yusuf.
For years, thegazellenews.com learnt, Onilude has been battling with massive keloids on his neck. The keloids were so massive that they have formed a ring of necklace around his neck as depicted by the pictures above.
The man, thegazellenews.com learnt, found himself in this precarious position as a result of an innocouos scratch on his neck.
“After the innocent scratch, I found out that gradually, a lump started developing from the position and before long the lump had spread all over my neck,” he told thegazellenews.com
He tried all his best to get medical assistance but could not get succour. At a time, surgery was carried out but the lump returned.
He had resigned himself to fate until light appeared at the end of the dark tunnel through a free medical mission organised by the Prince of Hope Turns to Reality (PHTR), a health improvement foundation established by Honourable Adebisi Yusuf.
“I was sceptical initially when I learnt of the programme but I took up the courage and attended,” Onilude narrated to thegazellenews.com.
At the medical mission which was conducted by 25 medical personnel from the United States of America plus their counterparts in Nigeria, a thorough examination was carried out on him and it was agreed that a surgery would be carried out immediately to remove the keloids.
“Within a twinkle of eyes, the stage was set and the surgery was carried out and when I saw what removed from me, I marvelled at the powers of God.
“I’m extremely grateful to God for giving me this opportunity. I’m overwhelmed with joy and appreciation to Honourable Adebisi Yusuf and the medical personnel who performed the surgery. I’m a totally transformed now,” he said with joy and happiness written all over him.
The team of medical personnel led by Dr Alaba Okiki commended the lawmaker for the initiative, noting that it would go a long way in promoting a healthy and wealthy society.
For Honourable Bisi Yusuf, Almighty Allah deserves all the praises. “He gave me the privilege to do this, all the praises should rather go to him and not me. I’m merely the tool He uses in achieving this. If I did not do it, He would delegate another person, so I’m ever grateful to Him for giving me this privilege,” he told thegazellenews.com.
