Former Lagos state Commissioner for Sports, Waheed Enitan Oshodi was elected as Deputy President of African Table Tennis Federation (ATTF) at the virtual General Assembly held Saturday, 5 June, 2021.
Oshodi who invested lots energy and resources during his time as a commissioner was elected unopposed.
Almost all the African countries supported his aspiration for the post of Deputy President of the ATTF due to his positive contributions to development and growth of table tennis in the continent.
He was also a former President of Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF).
Meanwhile, Egypt’s Khaled El-Salhy was re-elected as President for a new term runs from 2021 to 2024.
