Nigerian Students Honour Comrade Adewale

Another honour has gone the way of the Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Comrade Ayodele Adewale. This time around the Faculty of Arts Students Association, Lagos State University, Ojo, southwest Nigeria,  honoured him with the “Icon Of Struggle in Nigeria” award.

The Artistic Director, National Troupe of Nigeria, Mr. Martins Adaji while presenting the award to Comrade Ayodele Adewale during the Faculty of Arts Students’ Association, Lagos State University (FASA-LASU) “D Merit Award 2013” held at Golden Tulip, Festac Town, Lagos, noted that the local government boss has paid his price to the liberation of the Nigerian masses from the shackles of poverty and mis-governance, especially at the center, hence an award well deserved.

The recipient of the award, Comrade Adewale in his acceptance speech stated that his resolve to continue to fight for the masses is a continuous one and call on Nigerians to vote for change and vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In his words “it is only the APC that can re-direct our thinking to a new Nigeria devoid of problems”.
