YBNL artist, Adekunle Gold never made it to the big stage of MTN Project Fame as he was rejected twice during the screening stage but his rejected stone has now turned the corner stone as he was invited to headline the closing ceremony of the 2016 edition of the talent hunt show.
He performed at the closing gala of MTN Project Fame Season 9 on Saturday and while watching a rerun of the show on Sunday, he shared that he had auditioned for Project Fame seven years ago and eight years ago. Both times he was not selected.
Gold took to social media to inspire other people to believe in themselves. He wrote
“7 and 8 years ago, I auditioned for MTN project Fame. I nor enter. Today, I was a guest performer on the show.”
