Few days to the Saturday, 11 March, 2023, Governorship and State Assembly polls, former lawmaker, Wahab Alawiye-King has appeal to Lagosians to renew the mandate of the state Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Babajide Sanwoolu and his Deputy, Dr Kadir Obafemi Hamzat.

Hon Alawiye-King, who is also the Chairman of the state Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) also urged Lagosians to vote for all APC state Assembly candidates in the coming elections.

According to him, voting for Sanwo-Olu and all APC candidates will ensure the continuation of the good work the Sanwo-Olu administration has been doing in the past four years.

He said Governor Sanwo-Olu should be allowed to consolidate on the good work started in 2019 and initiate new projects in the overall benefits of residents.

The former lawmaker noted that many residents have not only testified but currently enjoy the tremendous work executed by the Sanwo-Olu administration in road, education, health, environment, security and all other sectors under the THEMES Agenda.

Hon Alawiye-King also urged Lagosians to shun action and utterances that can cause breach of peace in the society. “Let’s all perform our civic duty in peaceful atmosphere devoid of violence and chaos,” he said.
