The Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson, has congratulated the Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, on his re-election, reports thegazellenews.com

In a congratulatory message, Johnson, who consistently referred to Ojelabi as ‘Baba Party’, described his return to office as well deserved and a reflection of the confidence reposed in him by party stakeholders across Lagos State.

The Alimosho council boss noted that during Ojelabi’s first tenure, he steered the party toward unity, progress, and inclusiveness, fostering cohesion among members and strengthening the APC’s position as a formidable political force in the state.

According to Johnson, the APC Chairman’s re-election is a clear testament to his dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the ideals and vision of the party. He added that the renewed mandate affirms Ojelabi’s capacity to provide purposeful and steady leadership in the next phase of the party’s journey.

Johnson expressed confidence that under Ojelabi’s continued leadership, the Lagos APC would record even greater achievements, deepen internal democracy, and consolidate its dominance in the state’s political landscape.

He concluded by wishing the re-elected chairman a successful and impactful tenure.
