Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has dismissed speculations that she hid her husband from the public, insisting her marriage was never a secret.

Kadiri made the clarification in a recent episode of the Dear Ife podcast, explaining that she always steps out with her husband and that people who know her personally also know him.

She admitted that he is not popular in media circles but rejected suggestions that she deliberately kept him from public view.

“People keep saying I am hiding my husband, but for clarity, my husband is not a secret. People who know me know my husband. My husband is someone that we literally go almost everywhere together, and they post his pictures. It is just that people don’t know him,” she said.

Kadiri and her husband, Mr Ezerika, got married in a private ceremony around November 2018. The couple welcomed their first daughter in August 2019 and their second daughter in July 2022.
