Veteran broadcaster and respected media personality, Hon. Dele Alagbon, popularly known as “Omo Olope,” has passed on.
Alagbon reportedly died after a brief illness, leaving behind colleagues, friends, associates, listeners and admirers who will miss his distinctive voice and professionalism.
He was described as more than a broadcaster, as a voice that connected with the people and a personality whose presence left a lasting impression wherever he worked.
His death is a painful loss to the broadcasting and media community, as well as to his family, friends and many people whose lives he touched.
