Ademola Adeleke, Governor of Osun State, has been elected as the Accord Party candidate for the 2026 gubernatorial election in the state.
Abdulazeez Salaudeen, Secretary of the Electoral Committee, who announced the results on Wednesday, 10 December, 2025, said Adeleke garnered 145 of the 150 votes.
He said the five votes were declared invalid.
A total of 150 delegates selected across the 30 LGAs participated in the election held in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.
“The Electoral Committee has delivered on its mandate, after voting and counting, witnessed by the agents of the candidate and the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),” Salaudeen said.
