Ajiran Football Club have won the maiden street soccer competition organised by Mifland Company, reports thegazellenews.com
According to the promoters of Mifland Company, organisers of the competition: Chief Executive Officer, Tobi Egberongbe; and Director, Rashid Alarape, the competition was organised to promote street soccer in Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.

Egberongbe stated that the maiden edition of the street soccer competition was organised in Lagos because the company wants to spread its tentacles across Nigeria.
Tournament was originally set out to hold at Ajiran Stadium, due to flood on the ground as a result of a torrential rainfall that fell on the day of the event, games shifted to Funturf football pitch at Lekki.
Four teams competed in the competirion: Royal Rumble FC, Elegushi FC, Ajiran FC and AMA FC on round robin and two finalists emerged for the championship game.
The final match was between Ajiran FC and Royal Rumble from which Ajiran FC defeated Royal Rumble by a lone goal. Earlier, AMA FC had defeated Elegushi FC also by a lone goal to win the third place.
