Sky Sports transfer expert, Florian Plettenberg, has disclosed that Atalanta mercurial winger Ademola Lookman has been identified as a summer transfer target for Arsenal.
According to Plettenberg, the Gunners have Lookman on their radar ahead of the summer transfer window.
Mikel Arteta’s side are keen to reinforce their forward line at the end of the season as they bid to compete for honours domestically and in Europe.
Lookman has Premier League experience having played for Everton, Fulham and Leicester City in the past.
The Nigeria international has enjoyed another prolific campaign for Atalanta, scoring 18 goals and providing seven assists in 37 appearances across all competitions.
Lookman is expected to end his three-year stint with Gian Piero Gasperini’s side at the end of the season.
