Operatives of the Enugu Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC have arrested 100 suspected internet fraudsters popularly known as Yahoo Boys. The suspects were arrested on Wednesday, 4 June, 2024 at different locations across the state. According to a post on EFCC’s official X handle, the arrest followed actionable intelligence about suspected activities of an organised syndicate of internet fraudsters operating along Ibagwa-Nike and other locations in the Enugu metropolis. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced ticket prices for Friday’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying tie between the Super Eagles and Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
