Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum has approved the appointment of Barkindo Muhammad Saidu as Director General of the State Emergency Management Agency, (SEMA). The Governor also appointed Abdulkadir Abdulkarim Harun as Executive Secretary, Borno State Arabic and Sangaya Education Board (BOSASEB).
