As part of an annual event to wrap up the end of the year activities in Bauchi State, the state Deputy Governor, Auwal Jatau; the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Rt Honourable Abubakar Y. Sulaiman; as well as members of the National Assembly grace the end of the 2025 Road Walk with thousands of participants under the banner of Bauchi State physical fitness clubs.
The event organized by various sporting bodies in collaboration with the state Government and law enforcement institutions marked a smooth and happy moment.
It started from the meeting point at Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, going through designated areas including the Government House street. The drummers who accompanied the participants with singing and drumming make the event a colorful one.
In his remark, the Deputy Governor commended everyone who participated in the event, particularly the state government for its role in making the event a reality, and the security agencies for numerous roles in complementing the annual event.
The Speaker of the State of Assembly also applauded the government and organizers at various levels for the initiative that is bringing thousands of People including tourists to participate in the Road Walk.
