Any council Chairman that lives outside his council area will be sanctioned by the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports thegazellenews.com
The chairman of the state chapter of the party, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi gave this warning on Tuesday, 24 June, 2025, during the APC Stakeholders’ meeting hosted by the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the state House, Marina

The stakeholders’ meeting was held to also launched the party’s campaign for the coming council elections in the state.
“We won’t tolerate any council Chairman that lives outside his council area.

“Any council Chairman that is reported to live outside his council area will be sanctioned,” he said.
