Breaking: Nigeria Reports 117 Covid-19 Cases, Highest In One Day, Number Rises To 782

One and seventeen new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Nigeria on Tuesday, 21 April, 2020, the highest number in a single day, The Gazelle News.com reports.
The National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reports on its official Twitter handle that out of the lot, 59 are reported in Lagos, 29 in FCT, 14 in Kano, six in Borno, four in Katsina, three in Ogun and one each in Rivers and Bauchi.
The Gazelle News.com reports further that the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria has risen to 782.
The NCDC also reported that five cases previously reported in Lagos have been transferred to Ogun State.
Thus, Lagos confirmed cases are now 430, FCT has 118 cases confirmed, Kano has 73 cases, Ogun has risen to 20 alongside with Osun, Oyo and Katsina have 16 cases each and Edo with 15 confirmed cases among others.

As at 11:25 pm 21st April there are 782 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.

Five cases previously reported in Lagos State have been transferred to Ogun State
Therefore, Lagos has reported 430 confirmed cases while Ogun has reported 20 confirmed cases.
