Chioma Adeleke, wife of famous Afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has  expressed his heartfelt appreciation for  the singer’s immense and unwavering support for her dreams to come true, reports thegazellenews.com.

Chioma, popularly known as Chef Chi, stated this while speaking during an interview with Noire TV, which is currently trending on social media.

Thegazellenews.com recalled that the famous couple, who had their traditional wedding in Lagos in June 2024 after a private court ceremony in March 2023, are now set for their white wedding in Miami, United States. Davido had earlier revealed that the ceremony would be a lavish event, with over $3.7 million already spent on preparations.

Speaking about her husband’s encouragement, Chioma described him as caring and intentional about her personal growth.

“David cares a lot about my dreams. I’ve faced a lot of challenges over time, but he would always ask me, ‘Chi, apart from all of this, what do you actually want to do?’ Then we would have plans and have stuff coming out in the next few months. He really cares about my personal dreams,” she said.

Davido and Chioma, who have been together since their university days, share three children, including twins born in October 2023. Their relationship has endured public scrutiny and personal tragedy, including the loss of their first child, Ifeanyi, in 2022.
