The Ogun State Government has announced the burial rites for the late Awujale of Ijebu land, His Royal Majesty, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, reports thegazellenews.com
The burial will take place today, Monday, 14 July, 2025 at Ogbagba Court, Igbeba, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, at exactly 4 PM.
The revered monarch joined his ancestors on Sunday, 13 July, 2025, at the age of 91.
A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, urged residents of the state to remember the family of the revered monarch in their prayers.
