Popular Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has expressed strong desire to improve his relationship with God.

The ‘Play Boy’ exponent, who spoke about fixing his relationship with God on Sunday, 16 February, 2025 via his X page,  declared that he needed to have a closer relationship with God.

I need to get closer to God,” he wrote.

Last year, DJ Cuppy, a popular disc jockey and daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, dedicated her life to God and got baptised at Holy Trinity Brompton in London.

Afterwards, she revealed that God had challenged her to curate a gospel mixtape.

Similarly, South African Kefilwe Mabote recently burnt her expensive designer clothes after dedicating her life to Christ.

Mabote explained that she decided to burn the clothes because the bible said such items are “accursed.”
