The Deputy Governor of Lagos State and APC governorship candidate, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, alongside members of the PBAT-KOH Lagos State Campaign Council, has continued the council’s community outreach with visits to churches in Ojo Local Government Area of the state.
Hamzat and members of the campaign council joined congregants for Sunday worship at Sharp Sharp Church in Ojo, where they were received by the church leadership and congregation and also interacted with residents.
The visit provided an opportunity for the campaign team to worship with members of the church community, share fellowship and engage residents as the 2027 Lagos State governorship election approaches.
The council also visited Olohunsogo Parish, at Ese Ofin, riverine community in Otto-Awori Local Council Development Area of Ojo LG, church of the Lagos State APC Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, where Hamzat and members of the campaign council participated in the service.
At the parish, the delegation joined the congregation in prayers and worship before interacting with members of the church and the wider community.
The visits, according to the campaign council, formed part of its continued engagement with communities, religious institutions and other stakeholders across Lagos State ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
The council said the engagements were intended to strengthen its outreach and maintain interaction with residents across different communities in the state.
