Father of Comfort Emmanson, the girl involved in the Ibom Air airport controversy, has called on the government to compensate his family for the ’embarrasement’ the incident inflicted on his daughter, reports thegazellenews.com
Udeme Emmanson who is popularly called Papa Comfort in his neighborhood, complained that neighbours were making jest of him and his family hence the need for government to compensate the family.
He wrote:
“Anytime I step out, my neighbors and people in my neighborhood who know me very well as Papa Comfort will just say; ‘eyahh I no fit believe say na you born that kind fine pikin’.
Deep down I know they are saying those things because of the pictures of my daughter’s Bobby out there on the streets as I feel very embarrassed about it.
“Please the government should do something and compensate me”.
