In a bid to promote youth engagement and sports development, the Chairman of Odiolowo-Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area, Hon. Seyi Jakande, is set to unveil a newly completed 5-a-side football turf at Nusara U-Deen Primary School on Ayantuga Street.
The modern facility, featuring a state-of-the-art artificial pitch and spectator stands, is a key project under the chairman’s HEWA Agenda.

The mini-stadium is designed to provide a safe and structured environment for football, encouraging young players to transition from traditional street soccer to a professional-grade artificial turf.
According to Chairman Jakande, “Sports unite communities and keep our youth productive. This pitch will be a hub for future champions,” underscoring his administration’s long-term commitment to grassroots development.
The facility is not only expected to benefit schools but also poised to become a vibrant community hub.
With dedicated spectator stands, it will host local tournaments, school events, and other community gatherings, fostering social cohesion and promoting an active lifestyle.

The HEWA Agenda’s focus on providing recreational spaces for the community’s youth is evident in this project, which aims to secure and develop the next generation of sports champions.
With its completion, the Nusara U-Deen 5-a-side turf is set to become a landmark facility in Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye, promoting sports development and community engagement.
