The Chairman of the Odiolowo-Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area, Hon. Seyi Jakande, has organized an engaging team bonding event that brought together members of the Executive and Legislative arms of the council.
The gathering, held on Wednesday, 12 November, 2025, aims at fostering unity and relieve stress among the officials, centering around a thought-provoking movie screening addressing political issues and worthwhile lessons for their roles in governance.
The event took place at Silverbird Cinema Ikeja, and was attended by all councillors, led by their leader, Hon. Lekan Adeyi, as well as the LCDA party Chairman, Hon. Ishmail Babatunde (TUNKAZ).
Also present was the chairman’s Chief of Staff, Mr Taiwo Ogungbe as well as the media team. The staff and management team was led by Council Treasurer, Mr. Rufai Mujitabah.
His thoughtfulness in organizing this relaxation opportunity allowed all attendees to unwind, reflect, and build stronger relationships within the council.
The movie session provided not only entertainment but also served as a platform for valuable discussions on enhancing governance and community service.
