The Justice Forum, Apapa Constituency II, on Wednesday, 14 May, 2026, formally declared its support for the re-election of Hon. Olumuyiwa Wahab Jimoh to the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The specially convened meeting was attended by leaders, executives, and members of the Forum, who gathered in solidarity to endorse Hon. Muyiwa Jimoh’s return to the Assembly.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Forum and Coordinator of Renewed Hope Apapa LG, Hon. Femi Otunla, emphasized the importance of having Hon. Muyiwa back in the House.

According to him, while in office, Hon. Muyiwa invested significantly in education, empowerment initiatives, and programmes with far-reaching impact. He noted that these achievements were driven by Hon. Muyiwa’s scholarly background and deep understanding of human capacity development.

Hon. Otunla further recounted several accomplishments of Hon. Muyiwa, describing him as the most impactful representative ever produced by Apapa Constituency II.

In his address to the Forum after the Chairman’s speech, Hon. Muyiwa glorified Allah for His mercy over his life and that of the party loyalists present at the meeting.

He expressed profound appreciation to all members of the Justice Forum for their unwavering support and love over the years. He reiterated that he remains a committed member of the House and affirmed that he is fully abreast of all developments within the Forum.

Hon. Muyiwa reminded members of the numerous people-oriented projects he executed while in office and highlighted his persistent efforts in ensuring the construction of Fadaini Road by the state government.

He solicited the continued support of all members present and pledged to deliver even more impactful representation and innovative programmes aimed at further improving the standard of living of the constituents.

Supporting the position of Hon. Otunla, Hon. Sunday Aremu highlighted the tangible impact of Hon. Muyiwa’s tenure. He disclosed that Hon. Muyiwa single-handedly sponsored nine youths to France for leadership training and another eleven youths to Italy to participate in the Football Competition for the Homeless.

He also stated that he was among those sponsored to Scotland. In addition, he noted that most football coaches in Apapa Iganmu were trained by an internationally renowned football coach trainer, Coerver Coaching, through an initiative fully financed by Hon. Muyiwa.

Hon. Sunday concluded by urging members of the Justice Forum and party loyalists present to cast their votes for Hon. Muyiwa, stressing that his track record clearly proves him to be the most impactful representative in the history of Apapa Constituency II.

Another prominent leader, Alhaji Yahya, also lent his voice to the endorsement. He stated that Hon. Muyiwa’s achievements extend beyond those already mentioned, citing free ICT training, free school rides, free GCE and UTME forms, poverty alleviation programmes, and various empowerment initiatives carried out during his tenure.

He prayed for Hon. Muyiwa’s successful return to the Lagos State House of Assembly and urged members to vote for him, describing him as best positioned to deliver meaningful dividends of democracy to party members and the constituents at large.
