In a quest to further develop tourism potentials of Lagos State, the League of Tourism Officers in the 20 Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas recently took a practical step with the state Ferry Service LAGFERRY) to actualize the objective. 

Therefore, on Thursday, 13 July, 2023, the Tourism Officers in Lagos councils took a boat ride with LAGFERRY cruising around the Lagos waterways.

The Team enjoyed the ambience of the Lagos Waterways as they took a boat cruise with LAGFERRY’s MF Eko Akete from Five Cowries Terminal, Falomo-Ikoyi through the Five Cowries Creek to the Lagos Lagoon to sight the waterways view of landmark places such as: 1004 Estate, Lekki Ikoyi Link Bridge, Banana Island, Osborne, 3rd Mainland Bridge, Eko Bridge, Carter Bridge, Apapa Port, Eko Atlantic City, The Wings Building, Raddisson Blu and US Embassy among others.
