Popular Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo, is dead, reports thegazellenews.com
Thegazellenews.com learnt that the handsome actor has been battling kidney cancer for sometime which led to his leaving the social media in December 2024.
Thegazellenews.com gathered that he was rushed to the hospital on Monday, 11 May, 2026. He however passed away on the afternoon of Tuesday, 12 May, 2026 after being on life support.
He was aged 40.
Alex was rumoured to be suffering from serious health issues in May 2025 after months of social media disappearance.
Ekubo’s last social media post was on December 30, 2024.
