Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran JANDOR, Lead Visioner of Lagos4Lagos Movement and APC chieftain, has inaugurated the JANDOR Support Group for PBAT-KOH 2027, pledging to mobilise grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election and Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat’s governorship ambition.
Speaking at the inauguration in Ikeja, Dr. Adediran said the initiative was established to honour his commitment to support whoever emerged as the party’s governorship candidate, emphasising that party supremacy and collective interest must take precedence over individual ambition.
He clarified that the support group would operate as a complementary mobilisation structure, not a parallel campaign council, pledging cooperation with the party leadership and the main Campaign Council to support all APC candidates across the board.
JANDOR explained that the group’s structure, spanning the state, senatorial districts, local governments, LCDAs, wards and polling units, would strengthen grassroots engagement, voter outreach and mobilisation. He also disclosed that the initiative which also covered the non- Yoruba speaking residents, specifically, the Arewas and the Ndigbos as well as the People Living with Disabilities, is self-sponsored.
The event was attended by the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, represented by his Chief of Staff and Lagos State Coordinator of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Hon. Tayo Ayinde; Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa; Lagos APC Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi; and former Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun.
Also present were the Lagos State ALGON Chairman and Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki LGA, Hon. Sesan Olowa; traditional rulers; party leaders; stakeholders; and other dignitaries.
JANDOR urged members to engage voters peacefully, communicate the party’s policies and programmes, listen to citizens’ concerns and prioritise discipline, coordination and service.
He reaffirmed the group’s commitment to supporting President Tinubu, Dr. Hamzat and all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Inaugurating members of the Jandor for PBAT/KOH Support Group, the APC Chairman in Lagos State, Pastor Ojelabi commended Adediran for his commitment and loyalty to the party.
He urged members of the Jandor team to embark on massive mobilisation of the people urging them to work in tandem with the main PBAT/KOH Campaign Council set up by the party in the state.
