The congress for the state chapter of the APC to pick a new set of executive members takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, 3 March, 2026 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.

Thegazellenews.com learnt that the leaders of the party have reached a consensus that Ojelabi should return as the Chairman of the party, thegazellenews.com learnt.
“Apart from the usual complaints arising from the primaries of the party for the last local government elections which is not unusual, he has done creditably well, hence the leaders believe he should continue,” a Chieftain of the party told thegazellenews.com on phone on Monday, 2 March, 2026.
This medium learnt further that all members of the state exco except those who have other assignments will return.
“The Congress on Tuesday is going to be an affirmation of the present executive members to continue,” another top member of the party told thegazellenews.com
