Famous Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Nigerian Afrobeat star, David Adeleke, popularly addresd as Davido, has reacted to the arrival of the All Progressives Congress, APC, stalwarts in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, for the party’s governorship campaign mega rally, reports thegazellenews.com.
The Senate President Godswill Akpabio, National Chairman of the APC, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda and about the governors, who are members of the ruling party stormed the state on the night of Wednesday, 12 August Osun to lend their support for the party’s governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamijiparticipate ahead of the Saturday poll.
However, Davido on his official post on X handle, ruled out APC’s chances of winning the election.
Davido’s uncle, who is the incumbent governor of the state, Ademola Adeleke, is seeking his re-election via the Acord Party (AP).
According to him, even if APC gathers 12 disciples of Jesus, the outcome of the poll will favour the ruling party.
“If you like gather Jesus 12 disciples o ma LULE for the 3rd time”, the singer wrote.
